EliseAI, an artificial intelligence company focused on automating healthcare and housing operations, announced it has raised $250 million in a Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital. The funding will accelerate team expansion and product innovation across EliseAI’s hubs in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago.
Minna Song, Co-Founder and CEO, stated, “EliseAI is built on the belief that AI can dramatically improve how critical industries operate,” he added, “Healthcare and housing represent about 40% of household spending. These systems are complex, outdated, and painful to navigate. We’re here to fix it with agentic AI.” Since its $75 million Series D in 2024, the company has doubled its workforce to more than 300 employees and surpassed $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue.
The company is applying AI to reduce healthcare administrative costs, which exceed $600 billion annually in the U.S., by automating call centers, scheduling, and patient interactions. In housing, EliseAI supports more than 600 operators, including 75% of NMHC’s Top 50 with tools such as AI-Guided Tours and Maintenance Apps. Investors see significant potential, with Alex Immerman of a16z Growth noting that EliseAI already powers 10% of the U.S. apartment market and is beginning to expand internationally.
