ElevenLabs Launches $100M Employee Tender at $6.6B Valuation

ElevenLabs has launched a $100 million employee tender offer valuing the company at $6.6 billion, offering liquidity to team members less than a year after its Series C round. The tender is led by existing investors including Sequoia and ICONIQ, with participation from a16z, Smash Capital, World Innovation Lab, and other insiders. In announcing the tender, Co-Founder Mati Staniszewski said the company views employee liquidity as an important way to recognize the value created by its team while continuing to build the business for the long term. The company has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue and expects to exceed $300 million by the end of the year.

The tender follows a period of rapid expansion for ElevenLabs, which is approaching a 50/50 split between enterprise and self-serve revenue, with enterprise revenue growing more than 200% year over year. The company’s customer base includes large enterprises such as Cisco, Epic Games, Adobe, and NVIDIA, and its team has grown from 70 employees to more than 330 in the past year. Alongside headcount growth, ElevenLabs has expanded its conversational AI agents platform and creative tools, including new text-to-speech and music generation models, as it continues to scale its product offering and enterprise adoption.
