Dual-Use Vehicle Intelligence Company Applied Intuition Reaches $15B Valuation

Applied Intuition has closed a Series F funding round that more than doubles its valuation to $15 billion, with BlackRock joining as a new investor alongside Kleiner Perkins, Fidelity, and Lux Capital. This capital supports the company’s expansion across automotive, defense, and commercial sectors as it continues building out a comprehensive vehicle intelligence ecosystem. From passenger vehicles to military fleets, Applied Intuition’s technology stack includes modular vehicle operating systems, driver assistance tools, and simulation platforms—all powered by AI and massive-scale data infrastructure. This funding also accelerates international growth, including into markets like the UK.

The company’s dual-use approach enables commercial advancements to serve defense applications and vice versa, reinforcing its role at the intersection of high-stakes industries. A new partnership with OpenAI will enhance voice-powered, context-aware driving experiences across vehicles. “Vehicle intelligence isn’t just about adding another feature—it’s a fundamental shift,” said Co-Founder and CEO Qasar Younis. “It’s about making vehicles safer, smarter, and more adaptable, and doing it at scale.” As Applied Intuition invests further in AI and expands its team, it’s positioning itself to transform not only how vehicles operate—but how they support businesses, operators, and end users alike.
