Heidi Raises $65M Series B to Advance AI Care Partner for Clinicians

Heidi, a healthcare AI company, has raised $65 million in Series B funding led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from existing investors Blackbird, Headline, and Latitude. This round values the company at $465 million and brings total funding to nearly $100 million. The investment will accelerate Heidi’s mission to build an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians by automating administrative tasks such as documentation, evidence search, and follow-up communication. Sri Chandrasekar, Managing Partner at Point72 Private Investments, stated, “Heidi’s platform has the potential to meaningfully improve how clinicians manage their administrative workflows.”

Dr. Thomas Kelly, CEO and Co-Founder of Heidi, commented, “Building a sustainable healthcare system requires expanding clinical capacity without compromising clinician wellbeing or patient safety. That’s why I founded Heidi: to build an AI Care Partner that stands alongside clinicians, empowering them to deliver the care to which they have dedicated their lives.” The platform is already used by tens of thousands of clinicians across 200 medical specialties, supporting over two million weekly consultations in 110 languages. With deployments across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, Heidi continues to expand its reach to reduce clinician burnout and enhance healthcare efficiency.
