Ragy Thomas is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Sprinklr, an enterprise software company that provides a unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform. The platform integrates customer-facing functions across marketing, advertising, research, care, and engagement, enabling companies to deliver consistent, personalized experiences across channels. Using advanced AI models, augmented by generative AI, Sprinklr’s platform is powered by years of optimization, annotation, and feedback from customer experience data. With global reach and integration capabilities, Sprinklr supports major enterprises in managing and optimizing customer interactions.
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Thomas held various positions at Epsilon, a division of Alliance Data Systems Corp., now owned by Publicis Groupe, where he was most recently the president of interactive services. He was also the chief technology officer of Bigfoot Interactive, an email communications company acquired by Epsilon. Thomas is also the founder of Lyearn, a platform focused on employee success, offering tools for goal alignment, performance management, and employee engagement. He earned an MBA in finance and information systems from the New York University Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from Pondicherry University in India.
2. Bill Magnuson
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Braze
Bill Magnuson is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Co-Founder of Braze, a customer engagement platform that enables brands to deliver personalized messaging experiences across multiple channels, including push, email, in-app, and SMS. The platform allows marketers to collect and act on data in real time, facilitating cross-channel messaging, journey orchestration, and AI-powered experimentation. Magnuson brings 15 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Braze, he was a software engineer at Bridgewater Associates and was also previously a software engineering intern at Google. Magnuson graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
3. Raj Dutt
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Grafana Labs
Raj Dutt is the Co‑Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grafana Labs, a provider of open-source observability tools designed to help organizations monitor and analyze systems, applications, and infrastructure at scale. The company’s core offering is Grafana, the leading open-source platform for visualizing time-series data. Dutt first got his start in 1998 as the VP of network at Aimster. From there, he went on to found Voxel dot Net, before rising to SVP of technology at Internap Network Services, his most recent position prior to founding Grafana Labs. Dutt graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in computer science and management.
4. Hande Cilingir
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Insider
Hande Cilingir is the Co‑Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Insider. Founded in 2012, Insider is a leading AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement platform built for enterprise brands. Its platform helps brands connect data, orchestrate personalized journeys, and engage customers seamlessly over natively supported channels—including WhatsApp, SMS, email, web, app, and site search. As one of only a few women leaders to found and lead a B2B SaaS company to a one billion dollar valuation, Cilingir is a highly influential thought leader who is often sought after to speak at leading technology events to discuss the latest trends and advancements in the customer experience delivery space. Previously, Cilingir was the co-founder and managing partner of English&More International Learning Centre. Before that, she was a marketing manager at Starmall. Earlier in her career, she worked with Alarko Tourism Group in marketing. Cilingir earned a master’s degree in international Chinese culture and language from Shanghai Normal University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
5. Sagar Khatri
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Multiplier
Sagar Khatri is the Co‑Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Multiplier. Multiplier is a leading global employment platform that makes it easy for companies to employ teams internationally. Khatri has 12 years of experience in building and scaling HR‑tech platforms. Before joining Multiplier, Khatri was vice president of corporate development at Hmlet, and, before that, held a senior consultant position at Nomura. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Placement Office for IIT Bombay as a placement manager. Khatri earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
6. James Rosenthal

Rosenthal first got his start in 1986 as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. From there, he went on to Lehman Brothers, before eventually rising to executive vice president and chief operating officer at Morgan Stanley, his most recent position prior to joining BlueVoyant. Rosenthal graduated from Harvard Law School with a JD and from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree.
7. Pete DeJoy
Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder, Astronomer
Pete DeJoy is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Astronomer. Astronomer is the company behind Astro, a unified DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow®. 9. Michael Jais

Vandenberghe first got her start in 2005 as a sales manager at Asesoft. From there, she went on to ITerating, before eventually co-founding KosmoTime and then Chili Piper. In addition to her current role, she also serves as the Co-Chair for Women in Tech for Harris, and is part of the CEO group at Pavilion. Vandernberghe graduated from Politehnique University with a master’s degree in computer science and telecom and earned a bachelor’s degree from the National College of Informatics in mathematics, physics, and computer science.
11. Shachar Orren
Co-Founder, CRO and CMO, EX.CO
Shachar Orren is the Co-Founder and CMO/CRO at EX.CO, a multichannel video technology platform that empowers media owners to monetize content across online video, CTV, and DOOH. Orren first got her start in 2005 as a senior reporter at Maariv. From there, she went on to Yedioth Ahronoth - Pnai Plus, before eventually rising to chief storyteller at Playbuzz and founding member of Chief, her most recent position prior to co-founding EX.CO. Orren graduated from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s degree in film and psychology.
12. Sina Chehrazi

Waghmar graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business economics.
14. Adrien Menard

15. Atul Vashistha

A career software developer and technology leader, Horowitz previously co-founded MongoDB, writing the core code base for the pioneering database and leading the engineering and product teams for 13 years as CTO. Before that, he co-founded and served as CTO of ShopWiki, and earlier in his career, he worked with DoubleClick, Inc. as a software engineer.
Horowitz is passionate about using technology to address pressing societal issues, including working with WAVS to protect marine life in the North Atlantic and supporting Billion Oyster Project’s work to help restore New York Harbor’s ecosystem. He graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
17. Max Yankelevich
Founder and Board Member, WorkFusion
Max Yankelevich is the Founder and Board Member of WorkFusion. WorkFusion is a pioneer in AI agents for financial crime compliance. Its AI Digital Workers are purpose-built workers that augment compliance teams in level 1 analyst functions and alleviate the tedious tasks associated with anti-money laundering, adverse media monitoring, sanctions screening alert review, customer onboarding, Know Your Customer, transaction monitoring, and customer service. Yankelevich first got his start in 1996 as a DART technology lead and founder at DoubleClick. From there, he went on to Deutsche Bank, before eventually rising to managing director and founder at Freedom OSS, his most recent position prior to founding WorkFusion. Yankelevich studied computer science and mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
18. Siva Rajamani

Siva Rajamani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Everstage. Everstage is a leader in sales compensation software, helping enterprises turn incentives into a strategic lever for business growth. Before joining Everstage, Rajamani was a founding member at Uncappd, and, before that, director and head of revenue operations at Freshworks. Earlier in his career, he worked with ACC Holcim as an assistant manager. Rajamani graduated from the Indian School of Business with an MBA.
19. Benjamin Fabre
Co-Founder and CEO, DataDome
Benjamin Fabre is DataDome’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, boasting nearly 20 years’ experience leading scalable cloud infrastructure, AI-powered data stream processing, and SaaS technologies. Before founding DataDome, Fabre co-founded and led TrendyBuzz to a successful exit, with the company being acquired by LinkFluence. He is also an active member of the Forbes Technology Council, serves on the Executive Board of La French Tech New York, and is an investor at Irregular Expressions. Earlier in his career, he founded Agence CD Net and served as its CTO. He studied management at KEDGE Business School.
20. Lakmini Wijesundera
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BoardPAC
Lakmini Wijesundera is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BoardPAC, a market leader in board management software, providing an AI-enabled corporate governance solution used by organizations worldwide. Previously, Wijesundera co-founded and served as board director at IronOne Technologies. Before that, she founded and served as board advisor at ATrad. Earlier in her career, she worked with Ceycom Global Communications as a system engineer. Wijesundera graduated from Imperial College London with a master’s degree in engineering and from University College London with a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and computer science.
21. Nelson Melo

Melo graduated from the University of Havana with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
22. Maja Schaefer

23. David Matalon

Before that, he co-founded and served as CEO of External IT and, earlier, co-founded and served as CEO of Offyx Corp. Matalon holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a master’s degree in American studies and civilization from Columbia University.
24. Bojan Simic

Simic first got his start in 2006 as a web developer at Voltaic Commerce. From there, he went on to serve as an IT specialist at The Matrix Group, Inc., before eventually founding Bitcoin Security Project, his most recent position prior to co-founding HYPR. Simic graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a master’s degree in computer science and from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

White earned a master’s degree in civil engineering and robotics as well as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
