TensorWave Raises $100M to Build AI Infrastructure With AMD

TensorWave has raised $100 million in Series A funding to rapidly scale its AMD-powered AI infrastructure platform. The round was co-led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with participation from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and newcomer Prosperity7. The capital injection supports TensorWave’s deployment of more than 8,000 AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs—positioning it as a serious contender in a market where demand for AI computing resources continues to outpace supply. CEO Darrick Horton said the funding “propels TensorWave's mission to democratize access to cutting-edge AI compute,” and the company is expected to end the year with a $100 million revenue run rate, a 20x increase year over year.

The company’s newly launched training cluster delivers high memory bandwidth and performance reliability, tailored to the needs of next-generation AI models. Piotr Tomasik, President of TensorWave, emphasized that the firm is “not just bringing more compute but creating an entirely new category of enterprise-ready AI infrastructure.” AMD Ventures' strategic investment marks another step in its effort to scale its presence in AI computing. As the global AI infrastructure market surges toward an estimated $400 billion valuation by 2027, TensorWave's rapid growth and strong industry partnerships place it in a prime position to shape the future of enterprise AI.
